I changed my hair colour. I bought a new eye-liner. I stored my winter coat. I pre-hired students to come clean the windows in June. I bought a new stroller for Xavier (Frank kept going to work with it in the car trunk). I noted two « cabanes à sucre » (maple syrup celebration) lunches on my calendar.
Ah. Spring. At last. J’ai changé ma couleur de cheveux. J’ai acheté un nouveau eye-liner. J’ai remisé mon manteau d’hiver. J’ai pré-engagé des étudiants pour venir laver les fenêtres en juin. J’ai acheté une nouvelle poussette pour Xavier (François allait toujours au travail avec l’autre dans l’auto). J’ai noté deux dîners de cabane à sucre sur mon calendrier.
Ah. Le printemps. Enfin.

Maple Syrup Festivals? That’s wonderful. We celebrate Spring round these parts with Dogwood Festivals. They’re pretty…but you can’t put ’em on your pancakes

I tried dying my hair auburn once (sort of brownish-red). I looked like an Irish Setter.
